Unfortunately I had several issues with the shipment: I paid for the tracking, but I received it only after my request some days after, when I contacted the customer care. Then the tracking stopped suddenly and the shipment was not delivered in the promised time. It was considered lost for a while, and after another week surprisingly arrived. Of course, being a birthday present, it was too late. It's really a pity that the shipment service appears to be unreliable, and this is why I am giving only 3 stars.
